As a general rule, people of Aquarius don’t get sick. Being lively and active, they eagerly play sports and know how to stay fit, but often resign of it for psychical work, which they are also predisposed to. They dedicate themselves to many projects and ideas, often getting too much tired, eating irregularly and inappropriately. Such a behavior may result in circulatory system disorders, hear and nerves problems, but also…vision impairments. That’s why they are advised to play sports, or at least, go for a walk regularly, to remember about regular meals and finding time for rest, otherwise it may cause them harm.

Aquarius’ diet

People of Aquarius love culinary experiments, that’s why one regular diet doesn’t satisfy them – they try various cuisines, use various spices, which generally is good for them. They should remember to choose products as natural as possible. Their diet should include: sea fish, lobsters, tuna, oysters, spinach, lettuce, wheat, cabbage, lentils, almonds, nuts, radish, celery, apples, peaches, pears, lemons, oranges, as well as lean meat and whole-wheat products. They should avoid coffee, sugar and yeast products.
